1. Order Cancellation

Before Pickup: You can cancel your order free of charge if the cancellation is made 3 hours before the pickup is scheduled. .

After Pickup: Once your laundry has been picked up, cancellations are not allowed.

2.Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation (Before Pickup): If you cancel an order before pickup, the full amount will be refunded.

Order Cancellation (After Pickup): No refunds will be provided.
